Do you ever get magnets in the mail from an insurance agent or cable company trying to get your business? I love the free stuff and can’t bring myself to get rid of it, because I can always use more magnets. Well I was so tired of seeing this face of an insurance agent that we don’t even use every time I got milk from the fridge, so I decided to upgrade that free magnet.
I started my gathering my supplies. I cut scrapbook paper to fit the magnets. I also made labels with my laser printer. It needs to be done with a laser printer or a copy machine, so the ink will not run when adding the Mod Podge.
I use the Mod Podge to attach the scrapbook paper to the magnet.
I then attached the label and covered the entire magnet with a thin layer of Mod Podge.
When it is dry, enjoy using it. I have placed one on the back of the front door for reminders for my husband. I also have one for each to the girls on the fridge to hold their masterpieces.
