Good news…

Good news…

To tell you my good news let me back up a couple of weeks…or months…
For the last few months D has been getting very sick. Every couple of weeks he will get what we thought was the flu. It is exhausting when he is sick. Finally the last time he was sick I told him I could not take it anymore, he had to go to the doctor (I am not the most understanding person when D is sick). So, off he went to the doctor. They ran a test and decided that his gall bladder needs to go. We met with the surgeon who insisted that D have a stress test for his heart before scheduling surgury. So, another test was performed and we were told they saw something during the test. We met then with a cardiologist who suggested that D have a ct scan of his heart or an angiogram. We really did not want to do an angiogram, so we opted for the ct scan. We made arrangements for that and found out the insurance would not cover it. I really dislike insurance companies, but that is for another day. So, we had to decide to go with the angiogram or not. The doctor then decided to run another stress test, but a different method. We have been on edge waiting for the results of that test and we got it yesterday. Here’s the good news . . . D’s last test came back normal. That was such a relief. Now we can move ahead and schedule the gall bladder surgury.
